About Us

Kerri Cooper, BSc, CNP, is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and the founder of Roots of Health Holistic Nutrition. Kerri works with her clients to correct deficiency causing states of dis-ease through the use of correct whole foods and natural supplementation.

Prior to graduating from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition with first class honours, Kerri received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. It was during an eye opening internship in a hospital cardiac rehabilitation laboratory that Kerri realized she needed to find an alternative career path that involved more preventative and natural healthcare. This led her on a journey to discover the true meaning of health, which is not the lacking of disease, but instead an integration of a balanced body, mind and spirit.

While Kerri believes that many illnesses can be prevented, she recognizes that many people today have to work back toward health. Her understanding of each individual’s unique biochemistry and her experience aligning clients with right food choices allows her to help her clients reach an array of health goals.
